Personal Note:
From a personal perspective, I am passionate about how the universe functions, including neuroscience, quantum physics, philosophy, culture, music, fitness, and people in general. I favor a world where universal values have been clarified and agreed upon.
Executive Education.
I enjoyed the Boardship Program by Financial Times & Pierson for nearly a year, making me better understand the role of an effective board and its dynamics. [2023]
I have completed a Harvard Online School program for “Leadership & Management Specialization,” which combines three modules: Leading at Scale and Scope + Management Essentials + Strategy Execution. [2022]
Academic Studies.
I studied for half of a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program focusing on Cross-Cultural Leadership at the International School of Management (ISM) – but I could not complete the whole program. I hold an MBA with a Scholarship Award from Webster University Vienna and have received my BA in Management and two minors in “Media Communication” and “Computer Science” from the same university. Career.
– I started ILIA Management Consulting since 2008.
Since then, it has completed more than 700 consulting projects, locally and internationally. ILIA is mainly known for its quality services, including Organizational Design, Strategy, Transformation, Board Services, People Development, Market Research, and Market Entry Strategy.
ILIA has around 70 committed team members in all layers and a community of more than 200 nurtured ILIAn’s.
ILIA is where I learned the importance of knowledge, teamwork, and management systems.
Currently, I am contributing to ILIA as a Founding Partner & Chair.
– I started JIBit Payment Company since 2016.
JIBit is more than a payment. It is an Online Payment & Banking “API First” Platform with three primary services:
1) Money Transfer, 2) Payment Gateway, 3) Identification (KYC/T/B).
JIBit is active in three market segments: the digital ecosystem, crypto platforms, and the financial industry. JIBit has more than 500 merchants, some of whom are Mega Merchants at a national level. It currently employs more than 100 talents in the country.

First, I will nurture what has been built. Then, I will re-invest whatever is available in myself with a high degree of disciplined presence and focus, ideally in the Investment & Philanthropy landscape.
